This Privacy and Cookie Notice (“Notice”) (together with our Terms and Use, Terms of Business, Terms of Engagement letter, application form, employment contract and any other documents referred to within them) set out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us and the purpose for our collection of it when you (i) register or visit our website, www.eastvilles.com (the “Website”), (ii) engage with us to use the services that Eastvilles provides (our “Services”), (iii) job and work experience applicants and any current employees/consultants, or (iv) individuals whose personal information we may process as a result of providing the Services to third parties.

Data protection
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the Act) and the UK GDPR, Eastvilles is the data controller of your personal information and is entered in the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Register of Data Controllers with registration number ZA557647.
What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?
We use the data collected from you for the specific purposes listed in the table below. Please note that this table also explains the legal basis for processing your data, linked to each processing purpose.
