Our Services

We can advise you on goods and/or services contracts (supplier or income generation). We can also advise, review and draft pre-contractual documents such as heads of terms, letters of intent and other contracts that may arise during the lifecycle of a contract.

We provide short-term legal services at your offices to existing inhouse legal teams, small businesses and entrepreneurs who don’t need full-time legal support and nor do they want to use a traditional law firm.
We offer bespoke consumer terms and conditions (B2C) such as website terms and conditions for goods and/or services you offer to consumers. We also advise on consumer laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We advise and assist businesses on the law relating to data privacy including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). We advise on compliance, training, draft policies and procedures.
We offer intermediary services in the UK and internationally to connect businesses with each other to access goods and service to optimise their business.
We create and deliver bespoke training for business to deal with specific aspects such as anti-bribery, modern slavery, data privacy, commercial negotiation, commercial contracts workshops.
We are experienced in advertising, marketing and sponsorship law such as advising on the advertising CAP codes, drafting competition terms and conditions and drafting sponsorship agreements.

Asimah Shah (Principal Legal Consultant) has several years of legal experience.

  • Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales since 2004.
  • Senior Lawyer with public and private sector experience across different industries: Nuclear, Logistics, Health, Local Government and Research and Development.
  • Main areas of expertise: commercial law, EU public procurement and data privacy.
  • Worked with regulatory bodies such as Advertising Standards Authority, Trading Standards and Investigatory Powers’ Commissioner’s Office (covert surveillance).
  • Mentor.
  • Experience of other areas of law such as criminal and civil litigation.
  • Has attended High Court, County Court and the Magistrates’ Court.
  • Member of the Society for Computers and Law (SCL) and the Data Protection Forum.
  • Member of The Law Society.
